shade choice chlorine option friendly service
The pools were clean and offered a choice of salt or chlorine. There was plenty of shade near the pools. Breakfast had a GOOD choice of foods from breakfast through to dinner with Italian, Tapas, Indian, Japanese and local food available. The staff provided first class, friendly service.
The hotel may be more suitable for business and conference visitors more than families.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean. It showed great attention to detail. WESTIN lived up to its reputation, which I valued.
The checkin experience needs improvement, i am a gold elite member.

Really good Stay

calm staff diverse breakfast satisfying buffet
Stefanus, a member of the staff, saved my family when some members began to drown. He was calm and professional. I also found the breakfast selection very diverse and satisfying. The buffet offered many options.
The air conditioning was not very effective! and my family had trouble sleeping well.

origami towels comfortable beds
roy and devani were really awesome. roy arranged flowers and origami towels for our anniversary. the rooms are a good size with sufficient facilities. the beds are very comfortable and the housekeeping team kept the room very clean.
the bathtub felt worn, and there was a faint sewerage smell.
